Charlotte Fountain
CPT / AdvoCare Specialist
Charlotte Fountain, co-owner of Next Level Fitness, will help answer any of your administrative needs. She obtained her BBA in marketing from Georgia State University, but her real passion lies in helping others achieve their nutrition and fitness goals. After having her third child just a little over a year and a half ago, Charlotte was 30 pounds overweight. "I was exhausted from working full-time nights, finishing school, and staying up with an infant. I was depressed with my body and needed a change!" That is when she discovered AdvoCare's world-class nutritional products. Within just a few short months of using the elite nutrition system, Charlotte dropped the weight and began empowering her body again. Now she is a marathon runner and training for figure competitions, holds IFA group fitness/personal training and sports nutrition certifications, and is an expert at designing personalized diets to help clients reach their fitness goals. Charlotte recently placed 2nd at Battle of the Bodies Figure Class A in May 2013. She would love to help coach you in your nutrition goals with AdvoCare recommendations.

Scott Venters
CPT
Scott Venters, certified personal trainer and bootcamp instructor, joined the Next Level Fitness team in March of 2012 but has quickly become a crucial part of the family here. At 49 years old, Scott never ceases to amaze with his energetic, upbeat spirit. He has lived in Owasso, Ok since 1981. You would never know it looking at his slim 175 pound physique, but at one point he weighed 265 pounds. "I decided I needed to change before I died." Change he did. Four marathons and countless half marathons later, Scott exemplifies dedication and drive. He received his NASM certification so that he could live out his passion for motivating and helping others get healthy too.
Eric Venters
CPT
Eric Venters, brought to Next Level by his father Scott, joined us in June of 2012. Born and raised here in Owasso, Eric played football for the Owasso High School Rams throughout his high school career. He has been a workout fanatic since. He was quickly hooked to the unique workouts here at Next Level. His experience inspired him to become a certified personal trainer, and he now teaches several of the bootcamp classes. "I have continued to live a healthy lifestyle and workout regiment to try and be a model for my family and friends. I hope to help introduce people to the same passion that I have and the importance and benefits for this type of lifestyle."

Shawn Miyahara
CPT
Shawn Miyahara came to Next Level Fitness in March 2012 seeking a healthier lifestyle and weight loss. Shawn is an Oklahoma native and "no stranger to the Midwest diet of meat, potatoes, and huge portions." Shawn previously discovered she had a gluten intolerance that was causing her to be sick. The intolerence forced her to change her diet, but her fitness routine was still lacking. "The occasional living room workout just wasn't cutting it. I have always been athletic, but with an old knee injury (torn ACL and MCL) I told myself I just couldn't do much. I was desperate for change. That's when I found Next Level Fitness and became committed to living a healthy lifestyle. With training that pushed me to believe in my myself again, I starting meeting my weight loss and health goals." She soon realized she wanted to help others succeed too. "That's why I became a trainer and took up the chance to work with Josh and Charlotte at Next Level Fitness. I hope to help others meet their weight loss and health goals no matter where they are starting from."
Kenneth Ground
CPT
Kenneth Ground, active duty military since 2002, works as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Technician at the Tulsa Air National Guard. Kenny joined Next Level Fitness with his wife Bridgette to motivate her and become more active. The first couple weeks were tough. "But after that third and fourth week, I was hooked. The interval runs, 800 m here, 400m there, throughout the workouts, has done more for me than the 2 miles runs I used to do. I have dropped about 15lbs. Losing the weight and all of the interval training has decreased my military fitness run (1.5 miles) by 1 minute and 30 seconds and helped me achieve a personal best score of 96.1 out of 100. The reason I wanted to become a trainer at Next Level Fitness is because I am hooked on the interval training. I plan on splashing in some weight training aspects along with the interval training to help push and motivate other people to achieve their fitness goals."
